An awakening in my twelfth grade AP Literature course revealed my passion for sports, so I endeavored to be a sports journalist. During college, an awakening to how deeply connected we are -- coast-to-coast, sea-to-sea -- revealed a passion for story, so I endeavored to tell them.

I've had a chance to shed light on the truths of many people -- from superstars, to struggling artists, to people who go to bat each day for their piece of the "American Dream." I've developed a keen ability to listen, and guide when needed. But what I value most about this work...is the ability to make space for truth.
